Switching to automated waste collection requires determining which customers cannot be collected by automated collection. The automated waste collection criteria that we evaluate each stop for are the following:
1. Dead end without a cul de sac to turn around.
2. On-street parking disallowing space for a cart.
3. Low hanging tree limbs, blocking automation arm.
4. One-ways with customers on the left side (with right-side collection only trucks)
5. Streets that the larger automated trucks cannot maneuver.
